Also, very hard for beginners.It's a great idea but super inefficient, whenever I hit reset after entering the response it just clears the response then I have to manually go back to see a different set, extremely annoying.Look devs, I just want to improve my memory since it's very hard to memorise a sentence without taking 10 minutes and you keep saying "memorise this, memorise that" and I don't understand most of the topics you take about, still it's very and I mean VERY easy to use so good job on that front.Well, I am very happy and excited.

2. Google PlayStore should really have the option of "zero" stars, as it is rather unfair to developers when one gives one star in such cases, and misleading to other potential users, if one assigns another number off the top of the head.This is more than likely a very good app.

1. Fix Memory Assistant Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Memory Assistant: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Memory Assistant App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Memory Assistant" » Open Memory Assistant » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Memory Assistant » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Memory Assistant app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Memory Assistant servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Memory Assistant" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Memory Assistant app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Memory Assistant might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Memory Assistant. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Memory Assistant then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Memory Assistant not working

2. Fix Memory Assistant Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Memory Assistant be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Memory Assistant not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Memory Assistant may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
