Why should I report an Issue with Verses - Bible Memory?

1. I figured that it would count the first of the two in the list, then other times, the correct answer would be the second time the particular word shows up in the list.The app allows you to keep track of your verses and do the memory games, but that's it.

2. The only thing is, that I'm having problems with on the "wordbank" feature, every time there are two of the same word, (without punctuation attached) one will be wrong and the other correct, which affects the scoring... There isn't any rhyme or reason to it either.

3. It does add the extra challenge to remember the order of verses, but it would be helpful to be able to put them in order.I want to love this app.

7. My first impression of this app after spending 6 dollars on a translation to memorize is that it's a buggy & unoptimized mess and I haven't been able to get to the content yet.

8. They are the same word but one is listed as right and the other is wrong.

9. My only issue is that for example if there is two options of the same word in the the word Bank mode, you can't tell which is right.

10. Edit: I went back and checked, and the problem is only present in the word fill and type out activities.

11. "Word" is different from "Word," and getting it wrong causes you to loose progress.

1. Fix Verses Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Verses: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Verses App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Verses" » Open Verses - Bible Memory » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Verses » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Verses - Bible Memory app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Verses servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Verses - Bible Memory" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Verses app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Verses might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Verses. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Verses then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Verses not working

2. Fix Verses Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Verses be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Verses not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Verses may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
