1. I waited about 5 minutes but I wasn't sure if it got stuck or if it was just taking a while.Tried to convert 2 pictures, converted down to smooth monochrome and both were just grey squares with no discernable image.So far seems straightforward and clean.

2. And it forces you to install other apps to read that worst output.It never converted the image.

3. You can't even make it through a conversion without multiple ads popping up.Before I could convert even one image I had seen 4 ads, was asked to give a 5 star review & the app just stops if you give a 1-4 star review.

5. Hope it gets better.Really easy to use, fast on the process, only down fall it requires another app to just read the file, you cannot save your file or use it with other apps.

6. So I un then reinstalled it, same thing, except this time it processed....& processed....& kept processing for 10 minutes till I finally uninstalled permanently.

1. Fix Vectorise Image Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vectorise Image: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vectorise Image App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vectorise Image" » Open Vectorise Image - Convert Image to Vector » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vectorise Image » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vectorise Image - Convert Image to Vector app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vectorise Image servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vectorise Image - Convert Image to Vector" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vectorise Image app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vectorise Image might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vectorise Image. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vectorise Image then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vectorise Image not working

2. Fix Vectorise Image Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vectorise Image be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vectorise Image not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vectorise Image may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
