Why should I report an Issue with Twee - keep track of tv-series?

1. I have to manually run the update from settings.😢 It's a real bummer this app stopped functioning the way it used to from not being able to backup with Google even though they're still connected to problems with poster & episode downloads... I've used this for many years and have logged years in hours spent on shows I've logged going back to my childhood.

2. please fix twee so it is usable.I generally like the app, but since the last update it can't search for shows, so it's useless until that's fixed (I tried reinstalling, clearing data & cache, but nothing helps).Great app until you switch phones and cannot do a backup except local.

3. this app has the best UI and layout of all the similar apps out there, don't change anything there! simple, logical and visually attractive...sadly, some shows are missing ( for instance, everythings gonna be okay), and some series are showing incorrect day for the next episodes, but it might be something related to mine local time.

4. Turns out that Twee has duplicated all my watched episodes into Trakt about 16 times - once for each time it lost the Trakt login and asked me to log out and log in again... Now, to find each erroneous day and delete from my Trakt records, or not, what a waste of time.

5. The app was as nostalgic as those shows especially considering I have a medical condition with my memory I heavily rely on it... 👎🏼 Updated from 2014: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Twee used to work great, I bought the add free version to support the developer but now it crashes as soon as the app is opened up.

6. When reruns start coming on for shows that have like 20 seasons... I think it would be super helpful to be able to search inside each show and find the episode quickly.

7. keep the app updated please and keep up the good work...I just noticed on Trakt that my stats say I've watched 10 times the amount of episodes I've actually seen.

8. Anyway, I'm out .. gonna just use the Trakt website on mobile nowI really wanted to like it, but posters keep breaking, and there's no option to display titles in poster view.

9. Some shows are not complete (like Oprah's Super Soul Sunday) - but most are! Otherwise, pretty great way to track my fave way to relax.

10. The images are there, they display for a moment, just stop deleting them.Very helpful app! It allows you to know the new air dates of tv series and anime and also track what episodes you have watced.

1. Fix Twee Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Twee: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Twee App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Twee" » Open Twee - keep track of tv-series » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Twee » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Twee - keep track of tv-series app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Twee servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Twee - keep track of tv-series" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Twee app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Twee might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Twee. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Twee then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Twee not working

2. Fix Twee Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Twee be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Twee not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Twee may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
