Why should I report an Issue with KYMS - Keep your media safe?

1. There is no way to backup any of your data again and it's very disappointing.Well I have been using it since 2 years but lately when I tried to store photos in archive into a folder as soon as I add photos from my library to the kyms app folder the app keeps crashing initially I thought it was a glitch which will be fixed with in some time but ist been 20 days and it keeps on happening again and again don't know why on my android One+7 Pro.

If they made a way to disable auto download I would give this app 5 stars.Its good overall but I had this one thing where I accidentally deleted the app and I have been using this since like 4 years .. but then later when I tried to reinstall that the same version wasn't available and I lost all my data.

3. Maybe put it at the top or bottom of the screen so you can see something before you decide to download it, or maybe the option to initiate download with a button? Just my suggestions.This app is one of the best on the play store, but I recently updated to a Samsung s10 and now the thing crashed every single time I try to import photos through the app.

4. So it seems its not reliable as a storage space, so literally not happy from that perspective.Had the purchased version of this app on my iphone for years.

5. This used to be my go to app for documents, passwords, credit cards, etc but the android version is missing half of the functionality I had in the iOS version with no way to pay to bring those features back.

6. So if someone forces you to open it, you can show them one archive while keeping the other hidden.Good app for keeping browser locked and away from kids getting into it.

7. Don't use if you need use files again, be prepared to lose everything.Good app when all is well, been using it for more than 4/5 years.

8. If I disable the ability for it to access storage and try to import it won't crash, but I will not show anything available so it's a problem with storage enabled.

9. Although it has a slide show mode for images it would be nice to get continuous play for video files in a folder.

10. Please please please update this app for new versions of Android as it's the best one on the play storeI had this app before I made the switch from iOS to android and man are we missing out.

11. So may I request that a history function may added to the calculator? From there other calculator "stuff" would also be nice.

1. Fix KYMS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KYMS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KYMS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KYMS" » Open KYMS - Keep your media safe » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KYMS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KYMS - Keep your media safe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KYMS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KYMS - Keep your media safe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KYMS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KYMS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KYMS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KYMS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KYMS not working

2. Fix KYMS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KYMS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KYMS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KYMS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
