Why should I report an Issue with Live Palettes?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Couldn't find a guide or help, but got plenty of ads.Plays ads with sound, with pornographic context! Also, color picker isn't accurate and you can't pause.Nothing wrong with the app but ads contain pornographic content.I love this app! It's the only one I could find on android that added the complimentary, etc, colours (as opposed to only using what is available in the photo).

2. However... could it be done using one photo? ie not having to take a new one each time? (Like The 'palettes pro' app in the Apple store?) And could we also use photos from our gallery? It would be even better, too, if we could group and name a palette collection.

3. I'll look for something more reasonable.Looked like exactly what I needed, a way of seeing complimentary colours using the phone camera, with the optuon to save.

1. Fix Live Palettes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Live Palettes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Live Palettes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Live Palettes" » Open Live Palettes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Live Palettes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Live Palettes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Live Palettes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Live Palettes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Live Palettes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Live Palettes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Live Palettes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Live Palettes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Live Palettes not working

2. Fix Live Palettes Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Live Palettes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Live Palettes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Live Palettes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
