My Debts Customer Insights

1. That should be done for each name alone and we got a statistical dashboard shows the sum of all my ows and gives as total in a main currency i should have the ability to set besides convert all other currencies to my main currency and shows that in the dashboard.Good app but I suggest it must have interest computations and also shows the sum of amount paid every debt.

2. It only shows the history but not the total paid debt.thanks for listening my review about more curency, i forgot to mention about the planned to return option.

3. From this angle this app is very risky.... Pls add the cloud backup service as soon as possible.I have been using this app for almost if not over a year now but I'm dissapointed with 3 things.

4. Two small issues: no way to enter recurring payments on debts, no way to delete a sub-entry once it's been entered.Very simple and useful app.

5. It does not give reminders which is a big negative for me.Need to have the ability to link each name with the contacts and each contact can add debit or remove debit if he paydown some or all he owns me or if i paydown all what I own that person.

6. exmple: bill no 1 planned return date 4 may and bill no 2 is 2 feb so it should be sorted automatically by placing bill no 2 to position 1 and so on.

7. I have been trying multiple times to add my currency which is Zambian Kwacha but that has still not been updated.

8. Once I close a debt it brings an Ad on high volume even wheny phone is on silent and its really disturbing especially when I'm in a professional environment.

9. But one most important thing is missing and that's cloud backup service.

11. please make the dates sorted from the earliest date, not from the earliest input.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Debts Issues

1. Fix My Debts Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Debts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Debts App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Debts" » Open My Debts » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Debts » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Debts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Debts servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Debts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Debts app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Debts might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Debts. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Debts then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Debts not working


2. Fix My Debts Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Debts be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Debts not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Debts may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
