2. Latest update just made it confusing to use the app! Edit: added real printer as suggested, but printout now has 2 headers/logo and sometimes I have to keep hitting print several times before anything is printed.

3. Any suggestions are welcome.I have an issue with print, when I print long invoice in 4inch paper roll it's missing last part of print, if we use 10 or 20 item and make print of invoice, there is no issue.

4. However, my challenge is that l have not been able to print in portrait mode because the printer always print half of my receipt this is why l have resulted to using landscape mode which prints the whole of my receipt.

5. But if we print with 25 item in invoice it's missing last 2 item, only 23 item printing in paper.

6. I accidentally printed a rar file because this app shows up as an "open with" options for rar file, and it consumed a whole roll of thermal paper (with gibberish characters on it) without me knowing (i was in the next room).

1. Fix RawBT print service Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RawBT print service: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RawBT print service App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RawBT print service" » Open RawBT print service » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RawBT print service » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RawBT print service app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RawBT print service servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RawBT print service" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RawBT print service app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RawBT print service might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RawBT print service. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RawBT print service then reinstall.
