1. UPDATE: did receive chat responses from friendly reps but still not the efficiency of Tech Expert's quick live access.People are great.

2. Sigh.The previous tech expert could even dial into my phone to help, not this one.CAUTION DO NOT USE IF YOU EXPECT PRIVACY.

3. Tech Expert was quite good but this (Sprint Complete) seems like a typical attempt to dehumanize customer support.

4. Then submitted my issue on chat and received a message that a response will take a few minutes.

5. If you use the app to call an expert using its call app button, it will keep your call live well after making it.

6. Anytime I send a message it takes a couple hours for a response, and then before I get the chance to reply the person leaves.

7. Could be "a bit" more technical without losing the user instead of providing "cards" from which to choose & "waiving" suggestions when I'm trying to type my question.Unless I don't have permissions set up correctly, this app is garbage and a waste of time and space.

8. At the beginning of my chat with the expert, he left for 15 minutes (maybe fell asleep).

9. It just says " welcome to sprint complete, let's get started by adding your phone number to your account" after that, nothing.

10. No one needs that level of access permanently.Went to the Sprint store to check out phones to upgrade.

11. I was given the option to CALL or CHAT.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Sprint Complete Issues

1. Fix Sprint Complete Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Sprint Complete: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Sprint Complete App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sprint Complete" » Open Sprint Complete » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sprint Complete » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Sprint Complete app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sprint Complete servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sprint Complete" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Sprint Complete app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sprint Complete might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Sprint Complete. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sprint Complete then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sprint Complete not working


2. Fix Sprint Complete Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sprint Complete be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sprint Complete not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sprint Complete may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I called on 4/30/2021 and told the agent to take Sprint Complete off our phones because My wife passed away from Covid-19 and without her income I don't need it on all 3 of our cell phones anymore. The agent assured me it would be deleted in 48 hours . I'm still being charged for 2 of my cell phones, that is $38.00 a month that I can use for food and medicines. Cell phone numbers are 785-608-5041 and 785-845-1272
    I need credit of 38.00 for May and 38.00 for June. Sprint gave credit my July bill.
    I have tried calling you 2 times and was on hold for over an hour and I had to get to work.
