1. So difficult to connect, and if it does it takes a really long time! Really makes me want to consider another brand of printer/scanner/copier.If I choose documents, I see the jpg file I want to print in the Downloads folder, but it won't let me select it.

2. I've deleted the app, reinstalled it, factory reset the printer, the wifi all to keep encountering the SAME issue.If I get to connect to my all-in-one print, it's my lucky day! This drives me crazy trying to connect to it.

1. Fix Brother iPrint&Scan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Brother iPrint&Scan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Brother iPrint&Scan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Brother iPrint&Scan" » Open Brother iPrint&Scan » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Brother iPrint&Scan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Brother iPrint&Scan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Brother iPrint&Scan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Brother iPrint&Scan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Brother iPrint&Scan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Brother iPrint&Scan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Brother iPrint&Scan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Brother iPrint&Scan then reinstall.
