Why should I report an Issue with Qick Scooters?

1. :)Useless during winter, sometimes the scooter goes at like 7 kmph for no reason with a running start, other times it won't even unlock when paying for it and horrible once it encounters any hill whatsoever.Super slow, I can walk faster then the ride.

2. Oh, they also takes qicks offline for fixes or refills randomly without letting users know, this often results with me being better off walking than using their service.Unable to sign up, "request limit reached".

7. It's also dishonset in that it takes all the money even tho it ses 1kr per minut it at up 30kr in 4 minuts.Useless you need to top up instead of adding a PayPal account like the others do.

8. I do however wish that you payed for the time you ride exactly and not by every started minute.

9. Speed cap was 20kmh (which is required by law I suppose) and it struggled a bit uphill, but it still got me home quicker than public transport and was definitely more fun.

11. On my first attempt I failed to get the scooter started.

1. Fix Qick Scooters Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Qick Scooters: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Qick Scooters App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Qick Scooters" » Open Qick Scooters » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Qick Scooters » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Qick Scooters app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Qick Scooters servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Qick Scooters" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Qick Scooters app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Qick Scooters might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Qick Scooters. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Qick Scooters then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Qick Scooters not working

2. Fix Qick Scooters Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Qick Scooters be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Qick Scooters not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Qick Scooters may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
