Nar'aakom Customer Insights

1. If that is the case then I should not use the narakam application and waste my time rather I should call them directly and book my appointment.Registered the details, uploaded the docs for a health card.

2. Agent will call you i thought they will confirm my appointment, but sad to say.. they will inform you that there is no availability for up coming days.. This not my first time to book appointment with apps.

3. This is not the first time to tell me that there is no appointments for this week or next week 🤦🏼 ♀️🤦🏼 ♀️ *Please update your schedule timing so whenever they will confirm our appointment there is available for us to choose.

4. As of now I am unable to go past this network request failed error.App's auto national address detect is not working properly.

5. As it seems there is bug in the app which is not showing even the error message to the end user.This application is not working for new registration I applied for more than a week now and after contacting 107 they just miss guided me to where I need to go.

6. When called in 107, they are saying they don't have any information about the app.Dear Support, There is option in the app to add the beneficiary details..Inorder to add i was trying to add the my qatar id, beneficiary qatar ids as well in jpg format.After submitting all the details it is not showing any output.

7. However, now am unable to login, it's says unable to login and network request failed.

8. Today tried my luck again and surprisingly now I can not even login to my account as it is showing some error code.

9. Select comms channel causes language to be deselected.It is always bad experience with their call agent.

10. Better management is expected.I try to apply for a health card.

11. One more thing if you are single don't even bother to use this thing you will end up going to the labor center where they only process 500 request a day and this is for city filled with expats!Disappointed.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Nar'aakom Issues

1. Fix Nar'aakom Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  3. Clear Nar'aakom app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nar'aakom servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nar'aakom" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Nar'aakom app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nar'aakom might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Nar'aakom. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nar'aakom then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nar'aakom not working
