The only things that I have concerns about is that I wasn't given a pickup time and I wasn't given a certification number for the ride, both of which I got when booked by phone.Can't log in with the password for their website; this app says the password is wrong (but I can log into the website).

2. It doesn't show scheduled trips and displays error message that program is not available and check back later.Very glitchy! I first used the app on Friday and had to call customer service because after my son's supervisor signed the transaction, it didn't work! We tried about 3 times.

3. Please fix! Today, I had an appointment and it didn't work once again! It said, I wasn't at the location, but I was! Now, I have to go Back on Monday with a paper form for the tech to fill out! Can I get reimbursed for that?I just used the Modivcare app for the first time.

4. It needs updated all the time & more features like your Google Play screenshots show such as routes, where the driver is, how much time they are away from you, etc.

5. If a person has to have return trip the time for pickup needs to be stated as such not arrival.

6. If my ride comes on time, then I will be a happy Modivcare app user.

1. Fix Modivcare Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Modivcare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Modivcare App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Modivcare" » Open Modivcare » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Modivcare » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Modivcare app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Modivcare servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Modivcare" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Modivcare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Modivcare might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Modivcare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Modivcare then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Modivcare not working

2. Fix Modivcare Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Modivcare be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Modivcare not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Modivcare may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
