Why should I report an Issue with camart?

This app -- "Camart" on the device, "cartoon photo" in the store -- has some features that are nice enough to make it worth using if you like seeing some interesting, fun, goofy, effects in real time on the camera(s).While it will also apply those effects to gallery images, it will not let you use alternate sources, such as Google Photos, to access images that are no longer on the phone.

The biggest problem is the store--they want you to pay up front for more filters, but there is no preview of any kind and it doesn't even say how many filters you would get!terrible for photographers but lovely if you like to take pictures of yourself behind filters to make yourself look fake for whatever reason if you're trying look better (remember filters make you look just as ugly) for somebody on Facebook or whatever other than that this app is just a waste of time and space.

3. Especially since output from apps like this make great input to jigsaw apps that let you use your own images off on-screen.I've been loving this app so much I paid for additional filters about five minutes ago.

4. Ads are not all that bothersome, don't like them, pay, easy and not rocket science.This app has been my absolute favorite!!! I've gone through so many and I have never found any other photo app that I used half as much as this one!!! I have used it daily for months with no problems or hiccups until last night when it started flashing while trying to choose a photo.

5. That's fine for most people most of the time, I guess, but I like taking pictures on my phone (great camera), then playing with them on devices with larger screens.

6. I made the candy and magazine rack while I was standing in line at the store look INTERESTING! Great for shooting live acts or bands.

8. It's left a bad taste in my mouth.Cute app, been playing with certain photos, and while all aren't perfect, some of the conversions are gorgeous.

9. Even converting an existing larger file will still change its resolution to too small for publishing.

10. I do wish they would add more filter options, more so ones that look like 50's pop art style.A few filters look OK, I guess, although many are very similar.

1. Fix camart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart camart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the camart App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "camart" » Open camart » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for camart » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear camart app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from camart servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "camart" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check camart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, camart might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall camart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall camart then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing camart not working

2. Fix camart Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make camart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to camart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, camart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
