Why should I report an Issue with FotoApp: Photo Editor Effects?

1. If ads are money, why am i paying to try to use something thats like my experience?This game is really cool! But I personally think that there is to many ads!!! Every time you do something like save the edited a picture or when you go to edit a picture or photo from your camera or gallery! That's what makes people want to delete this app! 2. Loved it the first time i installed it.But why does this app need internet connection to get more cool features??? And also anytime i want to take myself to a different background like nature it will either cut my head, my arm or my legs in the picture! It's getting annonying, and also too much ads, why all these ADS!!! Please fix and i will change my rating.I personally think this app is pretty good, I do get a lot of ads though which can be annoying because whenever I want to put something on my photo there has to be an add for every little step.😉Honestly, it's a really nice app I loved it...the collage for few family photos actually I have found it very difficult to minimize or to fit the photos into disired size and little more ads than required but the rest of them was amazing so pls fix it😥🙂.

1. Fix FotoApp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FotoApp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FotoApp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FotoApp" » Open FotoApp: Photo Editor Effects » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FotoApp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FotoApp: Photo Editor Effects app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FotoApp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FotoApp: Photo Editor Effects" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FotoApp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FotoApp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FotoApp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FotoApp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FotoApp not working

2. Fix FotoApp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FotoApp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FotoApp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FotoApp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
