1. I've contacted their support email but never heard back.It works well fine before last month..now I'm not able to time in or time out.....it always shows time out when I click it normally opens camera take pic and submit successfully...but there is no log and still time out...never change to time in...i tried log out and uninstall all the thing....we pay for that resolve this.This Apps gives an employee absent even after taking photos and it's marking success.

3. However, after training all my employees to use it, I couldn't purchase subscription as it has declined all of my cards, and I've tried several times with several cards for 2 days now.

3. Clear Attendance App for Employees app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Attendance App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Attendance App for Employees" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Attendance App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Attendance App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Attendance App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Attendance App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Attendance App not working
