Employee Attendance Management Customer Insights

1. Or else every month we need to change basic salary as months are 28, 30, 31.. it should have monthly basis salary and app should automatically calculate per day salary.... You should have option like remarks to debit or advance, why some one is taking advance or getting debit..There is no option to sync monthly salary of employees.There is a option of basic pay but according to the monthy calander there is no option to add monthly basic pay.As per some months have,28,29,30 and 31 days according to the perticular month the app does not have the option to add monthly basic pay.So it need some improvement.

2. We have some workers on daily basis some on monthly basis and sometimes we hire on hourly basis.This app should have option to put basic salary daily basis and monthly basis.

3. However there is some slight improvements that can be done to make it perfect for example to have an option to choose the employee's phone number from the contacts list and/or the option hourly rate and how many hours that particular employee have worked in that day.. it would be really helpful and I would really appreciate it! I wanna give you 5 stars!Yes ! I have started using it.

4. (Label) - able to input or choose categories - able to input or edit salary (per hour) - able to input more information for employeesI had issues with this app and was very upset, but I can say that the Admin team handled it professionally and resolved the issues immediately.

5. Rare deduction option in salary wrt midbreaks taken by employees for their personal works, issues will add in our conviniency.

6. But needs a LOT of development so i hope that you can do some updates like: - able to input employee's expenses, taxes, cash advance, charges etc.

7. Keep up the good work and thank you for your patience and commitment.Easy to manage and operate, its a nice tool for a busy manager.

8. There should be all options for hourly basis, daily basis and monthly.

9. Once again thanks Employee Management team and sir..12/7/2020 REALLY AMAZING APP FOR ATTENDANCE ESPECIALLY WHEN OUR EMPLOYEES TAKE ADVANCE FROM WAGE.

11. In this app we cannot add departments there is just one method daily basis.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Employee Attendance Management Issues
