Why should I report an Issue with RoadRUNNER Rides?

1. We are left planning a route on our tablets, while simultaneously using Google Maps to find hotels in towns and cities we'd like to stay in and then zeroing in on them on the ride planner.

2. I would also like to have a route navigation "return" option to be able to return back the same way on a stored destination route with voice prompts.The route planner is lacking features.

3. It's too tedious planning a complex route on phone and if it's a simple point A to point B route, we have Google maps for that.

4. saved them to my "Private routes" but they are never to be seen again, only a message to "log in or register to continue" but no such option in the settings, besides it tells me I have 25 days left in my subscription!, I can also download and navigate the ROADRUNNER tours, but I only want to do my own! With those improvements, I'd seriously consider.Bit of a learning curve trying to figure this out , I do like that you can customize your own ride but after looking at other people's rides I noticed that the miles are way off the actual amount, for example one ride started out in Westchester County and the turnaround was near Whiteface Mountain and it said the trip was 120 miles which is way off.

6. Also would be easier if there were a way to view the roads like Google Maps as it would be easier to decide the route you wish to take for the viewsDissapointing I really wanted to like this app.

7. There is an occasional glitch occurring during navigation where the upcoming green turn directional arrow indicates the opposite direction to go from the correct route direction.

9. Lazy Rivers route will not load at all, I cannot get many tours to navigate as it should.

10. Tours won't load, the 9 routes on Ohio's Windy 9 are so close together even when zoomed in as far as possible, that you cannot click on the one that you want.

11. If it picks a route you do not want you have to start all over again.

1. Fix RoadRUNNER Rides Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RoadRUNNER Rides: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RoadRUNNER Rides App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RoadRUNNER Rides" » Open RoadRUNNER Rides » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RoadRUNNER Rides » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RoadRUNNER Rides app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RoadRUNNER Rides servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RoadRUNNER Rides" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RoadRUNNER Rides app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RoadRUNNER Rides might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RoadRUNNER Rides. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RoadRUNNER Rides then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RoadRUNNER Rides not working

2. Fix RoadRUNNER Rides Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RoadRUNNER Rides be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RoadRUNNER Rides not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RoadRUNNER Rides may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
