1. I would like it to have more U.S. data, to make it easier to build routes, but the data has improved quite a bit from when I started using Tourstart.I really want to like this app because it has hands down the best route planner I have ever used in any GPS app! But unfortunately the navigation part is extremely basic with very few options, even worse the cursor is never on the road you are on but instead floats 10 - 30 meters on either side.

2. Even better, Tourstart will let you change the route it generates to include or exclude bits of the route you do or do not want - you get the route you want without spending loads of time stating every road every turn.

3. The map doesn't scroll forward smoothly but jumps forward every couple of seconds.Tourstart gives you the option to have the route built for you or you can build it yourself.

4. UPDATE: the app gained another star as customer service is outstanding and very responsive.Doesn't recognise some routes or roads including main roads especially when using on the PC.

5. I regret paying for the premium... Worth it for free, can be useful...I bought this for navigation but the feature doesn't work as it tries to download a 1MB map update but never does.

6. Just what I neededThe app seems to have a great potential ! However it repeatedly displays an error message when trying to login on an Android device using my Google account.

1. Fix Tourstart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tourstart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tourstart App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tourstart" » Open Tourstart » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tourstart » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tourstart app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tourstart servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tourstart" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tourstart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tourstart might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tourstart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tourstart then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tourstart not working

2. Fix Tourstart Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tourstart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tourstart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tourstart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
