1. Also, when sending a message, attachments don't work.Keeps me well updated about appointments.. I can contact my doctors and nurses with ease in the messaging portion... I can see all of my doctor notes and visit information... I can also see info about tests performed and thier results... Great app.. Glitches every once in a wgile but works great for the most part..great app, many good features to keep yourself updated on your own house.

2. I have an android and not sure if an update is the cause.App Keeps Crashing Each time I entered the Patient Portal and chose to write a message the app would crash by kicking me out.

3. Until then I will access the Patient Portal through my browser.I just updated and was finally able to send a message through the portal.

4. Suggestions??The current version doesn't show my upcoming appointments, I have to go through the patient portal then see my appointments, but it will notify upcoming appointments.

5. I was able to pull up key recent medical record results while waiting to meet with my local Oncologist, thus making the records available for his immediate review.

6. Also the Roswell calendar no longer transfers to my personal calendar.When I tried accessing my Patient Portal through this app, the app kept closing (crashing).

7. Thank you for fixing that issue! 2/3/22--All of a sudden, I am unable to use the messaging section because my keyboard won't pop up.

8. How cool is that?App also will not allow me to sign in because the keyboard will not pop up to type in info.

1. Fix MyRoswell Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyRoswell: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyRoswell App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyRoswell" » Open MyRoswell » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyRoswell » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyRoswell app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyRoswell servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyRoswell" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyRoswell app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyRoswell might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyRoswell. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyRoswell then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyRoswell not working

2. Fix MyRoswell Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyRoswell be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyRoswell not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyRoswell may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
