1. Now I have to stand there at the fare reader and scan many, many times each time I ride the bus before it miraculously and inexplicably decides to read one of many attempts - or the bus driver just waves me on, whichever comes first.I like using the app since the fare is cheaper than using change ($1.30 per ride with the app), however it will occasionally charge me for rides whenever I simply open the app.
2. You have to use it but not really sure why they made this version worse and how it's this bad unless it's intentionally badIf you don't allow the app to run in the background, it cancels out all your trips you paid for and puts you back at zero so you can't use a day pass.
3. The amount of stop choices also makes it hard to just select the route and stop location you need to know the arrival time for.
4. Worked fine for the first two months I used it, but at the start of my latest monthly fare cycle, the activated QR codes became almost impossible for the onboard scanners to read.
5. It's an inconvenience when this is your only means to commute to and from work.Unreliable schedule updates, no response from multiple attempts to contact IT about "invalid read" errors when attempting to use on the bus.
6. It also won't sync to your navigator card so you can't scan it even if you've paid for rides and added your account.This app is now basically useless.
7. Everytime time I activate the pass and QR code never gets scanned.
8. I have to each time try to scan 15-20 times to get it scanned.had issue with the card as well as the app.
9. Also if my phones battery depletes and I can't scan for the bus then i should get a refund for the money I couldn't use to get in the bus so I don't get my money taken and left behind.
10. They have put back real time arrivals but for the last 4 days I can't get any arrival information.
11. your card to your mobile device if your Navigator card or vice versa... has issues especially if it's an error on their behalf.
i am no longer a State employee so i don't need the Navigator subscription my number is 2000 1050 05 526 please cancel / advise asap $14.96 every 2 weeks
