I'am french, sorry if i don't speak english, I contact you because a issue with money well. The application indicate me 0 point when i play to the games. When i'm playing a pop up arrise but the game not count the point.

I redeemed my 1999 points on a takealot voucher. But did not received it yet. Ehen go to wallet it says there "click to redeem" but nothing happens.

I'm having trouble

I got 42391coins then it just stopped giving them. They haven't added coins in2 days no matter how much I play

I'm so frustrated I have been trying to cash out my rewards and nothing.

I just want to redeem my PayPal cash and not luck no help nothing but frustrating

I have been on money well putting weeks into earning vouchers earning coins !! I am not able to claim vouchers I can not get anywhere with getting any information on how to claim what really is mine and then (trust me it's amazing 🤫)I got so angry I had to stop getting nowhere and I cooled down so I got back thinging I would sort it and bam!!I log in and this is the dogs b***s pit🤔my email is invalid so I can't get into my account🤗how the hell did that happen!!! Hace semanas que estoy jugando y descargando juegos nuevos que proponen y no se acumulan los puntos correspondientes. Como el problema persiste quiero dar de baja mi cuenta. Es una pena ya que tienen muy buenos juegos y el primer retiro lo pude hacer sin problemas, pero al no sumar los puntos jugando es inútil tener la aplicación. I have been trying to use my Money Well app for three days but the app stops and stays in the app with the image of Money Well but does not do loading. It keeps on the same screen, it stops on the same screen.
