CoronaMelder Customer Insights

1. (I prefer Dutch for Dutch apps like this one, but I'd like to avoid crappy translations of other apps by selecting English as device language.)The app used to work fine, but now I keep getting an alet that it hasn't been able to connect to the internet for the past 24 hours, I click the alert, it dissapears, the app keeps saying that it's active, but the next day I get the same alert about it not being able to connect for the last 24 hours, so whats up with that. The idea seems good and I definitely appreciate that the app doesn't disturb your privacy.

2. The app should still be able to actively check if I've been in contact with someone with the virus (during Bluetooth hours) even when Bluetooth is currently turned off.Installed awaiting the dwelling delay on roll-out, but noticed that the notification information (on non-exposures, touch points, check moments, etc.) only appears in the notification and cannot be looked-up in the app anymore.

3. I don't see any log that tells me if the app is doing its checks and even when I check the app several times to make sure it's active, I still get a notification daily that it hasn't been checking for 24 hours (even when I keep the app open and never close it).Seems like a great app.

4. BUT a big problem is that I constantly get notifications that the app hasn't been able to check if I've been exposed for 24 HOURS.

5. Not sure whether to retain as I have a bad habit of accidentally swiping away notifications ;-)... Room for improvement I guess for the devs (this also shows a bit on what the app is actually doing, hence potentially taking away some concerns when available in the app).Everything is looking clean and using the app feels smooth.

6. You might want to add some kind of feature that allows us to disable the exposure checking when you're home. The app keeps turning off my bluetooth, when i turn it on it doens't register as turned on and keeps showing me turned off bluetooth.

7. Great for a first release though!Getting notification that phone was offline for the last 24 hrs....while streaming YouTube videos, syncing photos, actively using WhatsApp.

8. Sitting at home for 164 hours a week, I only turn on Bluetooth for the remaining 4 hours.

9. Constant functionality: Bluetooth is necessary to log devices that you have been in contact with.

10. Second, the app tells me to turn on Bluetooth while it is switched on (cannot take a screenshot; says due to security issues).

11. Under "Request coronavirus test" there's a list of symptoms, but I feel this could be improved using a nice infographic with some more detailed information.
