1. Plz fix it's problem and it needs improvement.. ~Thanks...Completely useless app, Once I have completed filling everything and try to send it! It'll show another option such as I'D proof and all that but I can't fill it countless times I've tried , I have tried over 50 times it just turns into black screen lacks that's allI have never seen such a worst application provided by the government under NIC.

2. Data not received, Either server is down or request time out.🤬🤬 I've 10 Mbps mobile 4G/100Mbps Jio Fiber connection, but whichever connection I choose the results are the same.Nearly half a dozen times typed the data for epass under outside AP.

3. Please fix this issue administrator.You actually cannot register on this app... It is connected to a goverment site.... I don't understand y is this needed when you have adhaar card or any other registration documents to prove.

4. Did not receive ServicePlus instance verfication email, cannot register again, no option to resend verification email.

5. Hope, it will be modified by your team.You can not register yourself, it needs Digi Locker account and you will see buffering icon with Digi Locker registeration screen in the background.

6. I wanted to register for seva sindhu service but i am not able to since it's stuck connecting with digilocker.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ServicePlus Issues

1. Fix ServicePlus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ServicePlus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ServicePlus App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ServicePlus" » Open ServicePlus » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ServicePlus » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ServicePlus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ServicePlus servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ServicePlus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ServicePlus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ServicePlus might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ServicePlus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ServicePlus then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ServicePlus not working


2. Fix ServicePlus Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ServicePlus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ServicePlus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ServicePlus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
