1. There's a setting available that's supposed to enable text notifications but I never receive them.I couldn't look at parking prices until I entered a credit card and a vehicle license plate.

2. Some areas have a minimum 1 hour or 3 hours but if I am only gonna stay for a minute or 2 I would like that optionIt does it's job for me with paying for parking in downtown Houston Texas.

3. It does auto select the first card you have on file for those that have multiple cards on file, finally if you have multiple vehicles it does auto select the first vehicle on you list.

4. I haven't had issues with tickets and all receipts are sent to my email which makes it easy to track.It would be 5 stars if I could receive text notifications when the meter is about to run out.

5. It is NOT used friendly.So much better than putting coins in the meter! Can increase time without going back to car, sends notifications when time's running out & saves favorite locations.

6. Will let you know.Can no longer choose hours and minutes, but must use max parking.

7. I had to use a whole other parking session to change it.

8. Charges a fee and one must park maximum time on street bc choosing length of time is no longer an option.

9. And there is zero help on app.Easy to use and super convenient for parking.

10. I get the not allowing it in the middle part, but not a short window to change to one of your other cars.

11. Only improvement would be if they could update the app so we could pay for specific amounts of time and have price adjust accordingly.

1. Fix ParkHouston Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ParkHouston: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ParkHouston App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ParkHouston" » Open ParkHouston » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ParkHouston » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ParkHouston app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ParkHouston servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ParkHouston" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ParkHouston app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ParkHouston might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ParkHouston. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ParkHouston then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ParkHouston not working

2. Fix ParkHouston Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ParkHouston be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ParkHouston not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ParkHouston may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
