Music Cloud Customer Insights

1. - Trevis FreemanI don't know what's the matter when I turn of my internet it stops working like it's an offline app but I don't understand why it's loading so much but I can find many popular songs on it and it's every easy to use but the only issue is it's loading so muchYou can find any sort of music on it which is great, but I can't figure out how to get it offline even after updating the app.I love that i can listen to music with it playing over other apps, but i wish it woukd let me transfer my playlist from Youtube Music to here.

2. Seems like a bug.The only thing I don't like about this, is that when you exit, yoj have to go to you option thing, and press play on your song that your playing, but other then that, it's great. So I use the app on a daily basis and I have to say I'm impressed I have got no ads and yes it is a powerful media play not even a stutter in the music I really recommendIt was all good; but it's be better if the music downloaded to your phone so you can listen to it any time.

3. But the thing is that there is "offline" in the title but everytime I save a song and like it and add to a playlist it doesn't play offline Thank -AliAmazing, it's a really good app but lately when I try to search up songs or artists.

4. You cant play music while the phone is off and in your pocket.

5. It just gives options for podcasts instead of music.Dropbox login doesn't work.

6. Furthermore, the ordering of my songs on Dropbox are out of order even though they are numbered on drop itself and theres no feature to reorganize them.

7. Horrible music player.

8. Skip this one. This app is really good I can listen to everything I like.

9. It either goes to a localhost link or to the phone root.

10. It HAS to be open on the app at all times for it to keep playing.
