1. 2)Even with high internet speed you cannot play smoothly because latency is very high --->So a big no from me to cloud gaming for at least 2 more years, I will give another try after few yearsThis App is amazing for those who'd like to game for a while with its first free trial but one issue you may encounter is not really signing into a steam account but having to activate a license in a game making you pay additional money for that.

2. After trying to start the game, steam just updated and the free trial time was over.

3. There are two problems: 1)Games are not free even if you buy subscription, after buying subscription you can just access a PC virtually but you need to pay for a game if it actually cost in real market.

4. ,I like BattleAtleast 1 hour trial because it takes time to setup the desired game in cloud pc if you know what I mean.

5. IT'S A FREE APP! WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU MAKE THE APP FREE IF YOU'RE GOING TO MAKE ME PAY FOR TIME TO PLAY? Also it's not an hour, 30 min, or even 10.

6. Actually, when I tried to use this feature for the first time in this app I was told that the free trial period expired.

7. It just needs a better dev team.3 for now, trying to play it in my mibox, but the problem is the floating button before you access the desktop.you cannot click by cursor, u need to physically touch it.

8. i guess i will wait for the smart tv compatibility of netboom.It has been a great experience playing gloud game.

9. Couldn't get to the game I wanted to play on that desktop.

10. This app has a high disappointing rate.Why the hell do you have to pay for gaming time? Gaming should be free.

11. Well, there are some free games you could play as well from there and that may be helpful in some circumstances as well.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Netboom Issues

1. Fix Netboom Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Netboom: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Netboom App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Netboom" » Open Netboom - 🎮Play PC games on Mobile 🔥Cloud Gaming » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Netboom » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Netboom - 🎮Play PC games on Mobile 🔥Cloud Gaming app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Netboom servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Netboom - 🎮Play PC games on Mobile 🔥Cloud Gaming" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Netboom app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Netboom might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Netboom. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Netboom then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Netboom not working


2. Fix Netboom Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Netboom be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Netboom not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Netboom may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
