Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Epson Events Issues
1. Fix Epson Events Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Epson Events: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Epson Events App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Epson Events" » Open Epson Events » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Epson Events » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Epson Events app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Epson Events servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Epson Events" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Epson Events app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Epson Events might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Epson Events. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Epson Events then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Epson Events not working
2. Fix Epson Events Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Epson Events be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Epson Events not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Epson Events may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
