Do you not test your application after making updates to make sure nothing is broken before releasing it?😏Constantly crashing with error "our data service is unavailable, please try later" this has been an issue for a number of months now.The app itself okey, but unfortunately it crashes periodically and the most annoying thing you cannot use multiple choices in the Fuel type filter, like you can on the websiteIt's normally a good app but since the last update the valve my car section doesn't work at all, which is a shame because it gives a good indication of what vehicles are worth for both Irish and English reg vehiclesThe best option for buying used cars in Ireland.

2. For serious searching, the website is far superior.This application is not working for some reason, it's not able to load the advertisements when I click on it.Don't have all the content - for the complete range of vehicles it's gotta be donedeal.ieGreat app, easy to use.

3. Since the last update, the minimum year option doesn't work, only the maximum year, so you can't narrow your search.

4. Also you can no longer zoom on photos, and yiu cannot select multiple options from the same search picklist.

5. Many features other than just searching for used cars; reviews and valuations, save cars you would like to come back to later etc.

6. This has greatly reduced the app's functionality and appeal.FIX YOUR DAM APP!!! The "Value my car" button does absolutely nothing in the latest version.

7. However, when you save those cars and they then are no longer available, if you try to delete them from your saved cars it crashes the app.

8. It would be great to be able to select multiple Counties and Colours.

9. You can no longer see the car model in the search list, so you have to click into each entry to know if it is what you were looking for.

1. Fix Carzone Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Carzone: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Carzone App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Carzone" » Open Carzone: New & Used Cars » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Carzone » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Carzone: New & Used Cars app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Carzone servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Carzone: New & Used Cars" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Carzone app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Carzone might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Carzone. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Carzone then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Carzone not working

2. Fix Carzone Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Carzone be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Carzone not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Carzone may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
