We3 Customer Insights

1. It matters to me as I don't want to be mismatched since I don't get to choose my friends in this automated system, I want the choices I pick with multiple choices to be right.Made a couple of good friends but the app is always acting up on us all.

2. I can't change my local match preferences or say I don't want to find a third for my first choice of preferences.

3. Whichever show your finger lands on as you are scrolling through choices most of the time gets picked as a show that people think you like to watch.

4. Unfortunately, whatever changes they have made recently have prevented me from seeing or responding to any of my groups unless they reply to me (groups just completely disappear), I get a notification, and I have accessed it in a certain amount of time.

5. When you say you're not interested in the profile it shows you, it either pauses your ability to try again until you reset it or will only show you that profile, no one else.This is a great app, except for a really annoying bug/feature.

6. The biggest annoyance is that I messed up on a single question but couldn't go back to fix that one question or to modify a single change without having to redo the entire test.

7. Uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting makes no difference as the issue is present in the web version.Once you complete the personality tests, there's nothing you can do.

8. When you do a local matchmaking, there's a possibility to get an "incomplete" match, where there's only you and one other person.

9. But the problem with those is that I can't see any more of them! I "start bonus level" and it shows a blank screen with a blue button.

10. It seems more intentional and looking to really help build relationships with other people.

11. App keeps matching me with people too far away and the distance filter doesnt work.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix We3 Issues

1. Fix We3 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart We3: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the We3 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "We3" » Open We3: Meet New People in Groups » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for We3 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear We3: Meet New People in Groups app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from We3 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "We3: Meet New People in Groups" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check We3 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, We3 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall We3. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall We3 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing We3 not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make We3 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to We3 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, We3 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
