First email from wild link said they no longer support the Windows app in which I used to create link 1 to Walmart & the second email I received said they were having a problem with the links to Walmart and we're looking into the problem, I used the chrome add-on and I have not heard nothing since March 10 2020 & I got no money from purchases made..So its a great app, but Facebook and messenger do not allow you to send links to anyone exept family or close friends.

3. if something takes control of your phone with out your permission and you can't turn it off is it malware? in my opinion which is based on little more than my irritation i say yes.I've been using this for several months and haven't yet received anything- despite people visiting links & making purchases.

5. I used to be able to create wildlinks with specific items, now all wildlinks just send you to that websites home page.Firstly, I am a fan of the concept.

1. Fix Wildlink Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Wildlink: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wildlink App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wildlink" » Open Wildlink - 1-Tap Cashback » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wildlink » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wildlink - 1-Tap Cashback app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wildlink servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wildlink - 1-Tap Cashback" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wildlink app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wildlink might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wildlink. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wildlink then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wildlink not working

2. Fix Wildlink Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wildlink be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wildlink not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wildlink may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
