Why should I report an Issue with ImgPlay - GIF Maker?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of ImgBase, Inc. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Miss that funky little tool.Good broski!!! One problem though when I try to hit a button or anything like that and there's literally no editing software it's just shading and stuff I I want like an editing software and animations and stuff it's just the shading I can deal without that because I don't use it but can you please put more stuff in there I want to edit my videos the only thing that I can do with it it's the text thing and that's pretty boring but make it more interesting and fun that would be amazing!!!!!!!!!!!Not worth it.

2. Android version doesn't have at least half of the functionalities (like photo editing, centering text, fonts).

3. That's allAt some point they removed a feature that let you remove specific frames from gifs, allowing you to speed up sections without having to speed up the whole gif, which was perfect fire creating little montage/hilight gifs.

4. Have yet to find the best ...Yet.I am going to refund the program, I purchased the program to be able to create a zoom-in-gif using the instructions on their website and none of the features are actually in this app.

5. I assumed this was because I was using the free version & needed to unlock those features by paying.

6. If you pay to remove it then the gifs they generate are pretty low-resolution, and not many editing features considering that you've paid for the service.

7. I purchased the premium version here after having used the iOS version & noticing that the Android version was missing several key features.

8. In this version of the app you can't adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, or most disappointingly, the frame rate! I don't get how you can have two versions of the exact same app and have one be so much worseThis was once my go to app for gif making.

9. If you could choose a transition and a way to fade out the text, maybe a better review would be in order.I've been using this app for a while , but now it's been giving me some problems .

10. Can't get a refund either, figure this heads-up review is the next best thing.Honestly I give up, I tried to use this app so many times but it has a lot of errors, if I save like a gif the images are green, if I try to save in video format it doesn't save at all.

1. Fix ImgPlay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ImgPlay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ImgPlay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ImgPlay" » Open ImgPlay - GIF Maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ImgPlay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ImgPlay - GIF Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ImgPlay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ImgPlay - GIF Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ImgPlay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ImgPlay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ImgPlay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ImgPlay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ImgPlay not working

2. Fix ImgPlay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ImgPlay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ImgPlay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ImgPlay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
