1. Could be a great app but needs a lot more feedback from your endWould recognize my dvd drive but automatically say "unsupported external device" Dude! The external device is the point that's why I installed you!Please Add Tablet support(horizontal view) Compatibility with Android TV would be a plus as it keeps disconnecting Even with external power connected.It doens't work on my Samsung S4.

2. It seems this thing only works with certain white-listed drives, which is kind of stupid in my opinion, since there's no technical reason for such limitation.This application is a joke! I tried putting them into my phone but instead it's keep saying disconnected even though I was trying to sync them onto my phone on audio.I have an LG GP57EW40 portable dvd writer but it will not work with this app.

3. Thanks Dev for this, I'll check back if I get another dvd burner!Works with my sister's S7 but not with my Samsung Galaxy S8 even though it too is on the list of supported devices.

4. Didn't work but I think the issue's with my dvd burner-note 4 OTG starts to recognize dvd but then no drive appears.

5. This needs to be fixed.Doesn't work with an older self-powered LG drive.

6. When I connect the driver and try to use it a message saying "unsupported device" pops up.

7. ES file explorer can't see my dvd burner either, which is why I think the problem is with it rather than this app.

8. It is a Buffalo dvd burner about 8 years old.

1. Fix DISC LINK Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DISC LINK Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DISC LINK Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DISC LINK Pro" » Open DISC LINK Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DISC LINK Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DISC LINK Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DISC LINK Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DISC LINK Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DISC LINK Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DISC LINK Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DISC LINK Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DISC LINK Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DISC LINK Pro not working

2. Fix DISC LINK Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DISC LINK Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DISC LINK Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DISC LINK Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
