1. After reading all the other bad reviews where Atcloud has all of a sudden stop working unless you are in the same building as CCTV and goolink want you to pay for a subscription I tried goolink as it is suppose to be free with advertising... guess what they lied!! Do not use anything from this app designer as they clearly cannot be trusted! I have 3 other friends that have had the same happen.

2. Damn poor apps.This used to work both on wifi and 4G, then slowly started to have issues with 4G connection and now it doesnt connect via 4G anymore.

3. Not sure if it's the OS (been running version 10 for some time in beta and final) or because I have the Essential PH1 phone (which works with all apps I had previously with my LG) but it's never worked.

4. It always says "device is offline(-2)" And my friend from another country can't seem to connect to my cameras too.

5. Switched back to atcloud and no issue until they stop atcloud working that is.Complete waste of time.

6. I am stuck up and want to change the app.Can anyone please help?? I can't connect with my camera when I am outside or when I'm using data.

7. How do I get it to connect when I'm not connected to WiFi? You can almost never connect on 4G.

8. It only works when my phone is connected to the house wifi .

9. Anyways ur reply awaited also restarted device but nothing happening .The worst cctv app I have ever encountered.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Goolink Issues

1. Fix Goolink Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Goolink: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Goolink App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Goolink" » Open Goolink » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Goolink » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Goolink app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Goolink servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Goolink" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Goolink app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Goolink might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Goolink. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Goolink then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Goolink not working


2. Fix Goolink Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Goolink be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Goolink not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Goolink may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I purchased a 3 year subscription following the link in the app, waited several days to see if it would work but it has not. I have tried to get help by email and through the app but no reply. I then tried to get a subscription using the website and that one finally went through after waiting several more days. When I check the app it shows just one year subscription so please refund the 3 year at $9.90 My other email is rumrunner454@redacted

  • I received a message stating my subscription was about to expire so I followed the link to renew and purchased a 3 year subscription. Charge went through and followed the instructions to reboot device (cell phone) and restart the app. This did not work so I have been trying to get help by emailing you and in app feedback with no reply. I tried and purchase the 1 year subscription in case there was a problem with the other 3 year purchase. Again it said to restart device (cell phone) and app still does not work. Everything was working fine up till then. Please help Mike
