1. When using 3G/4G, the video from your NVR/DVR will likely be considered "downloads" by your phone service provider and will contribute to any download limit your phone data plan may have.

1. This system is a waste of time and energy! Get the Night owl one! No subscription needed!Garbage! Supposed to be able to play back video through playback feature and so on but, nope, will not even load.
2. In three other properties I have switched to HIK vision, the images are clear, loading live images is spot on every time & I've had no issues at all with playback or recording playback & taking photos while watching playback.
3. I wouldn't recommend this! At a point you could use playback feature but, that option seems to no longer exist.App hasn't been updated for 2 years and no longer works correctly with the latest Android update.
4. The images are reasonable but not at night - that's my only positive comment.... Recording live images it skips time at points to the extent that two cameras overlapping an area, one will pick up the intruder whilst the other will miss it completely.
5. Remote playback....forget it....97% of the time it won't load the other 3% it loads eventually but only in short bursts if you try moving it on to another time frame it fails.
6. I am tired of Swann, I'm shopping for a new system.Their service doesn't allow a login half the time.

My advice would be to take note of these negative comments, I for one which I had instead of wasting my money.Was ok, now just won't work Have has this app installed on my android tablet and phone for approx 6 months (and for longer on previous phones) where it has always functioned as it should.
8. When trying to watch the playback, it frequently fails to open the video.
9. It's getting worse, too, which is why I'm finally writing a review.UPDATE- We have finally gotten rid of this Swann system that didn't work more often than it did work.
10. When the login does work, the video doesn't stream well... Frames are jumpy and stop streaming after a few seconds.
11. The playback is the real issue, but several features don't work in the remote settings of the DVR through the app, either.
