After Ver4. 20, the following specification changes have been made for Android 11 and later models. 1. files with 3D extension such as MPO files cannot be loaded. 2. 3 Files other than those created by this app. cannot be deleted. (Please use a separate filer app. to delete files. After Ver4. 00, the old Sharp / HTC / LG / GADMEI 3D LCDs are no longer supported.

2. This application is a highly functional version of "3DSteroid" with the added functions of saving edited images and batch conversion ,etc. - Adjust L/R image positions , rotation error and size error.

1. In the future, I would hope it would include a feature that it doesn't have at the moment: the ability to process 'depth images', i.e. photos that contain a hidden embedded depth map into the various stereo formats (left-right images, anaglyphs etc).

2. Does need a minor stability update, starting to experience issues since Android 12.Great App! Wish it didn't show incompatability message when installing (please update as needed).

3. Not sure if it helps guide you taking better stereo image pairs but overall very happy with the app.Auto adjust not doing great job.Will not save the left and right picture in order you tak it.The pictures thumbnails very small.

4. I'm using a Google pixel 4a 5g and android version 13.I've been wanting a stereo camera for years, but couldn't afford one.

5. It does not save images in the dual format as claimed, still two separate images, so sharing images is difficult.

1. Fix 3DSteroid Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 3DSteroid Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 3DSteroid Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "3DSteroid Pro" » Open 3DSteroid Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 3DSteroid Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 3DSteroid Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 3DSteroid Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "3DSteroid Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 3DSteroid Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 3DSteroid Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 3DSteroid Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 3DSteroid Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 3DSteroid Pro not working

2. Fix 3DSteroid Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 3DSteroid Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 3DSteroid Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 3DSteroid Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
