1. Please fix! FIXED! THANK YOU!After a four year hiatus from guitar playing I've just re-downloaded the Boss Tuner which I remembered as being the definitive tuner app with the look of the real pedal.

2. I've been a nearly exclusive Boss / Roland user for something like 35 years and I consider your products to be among the best, but the TU-3 tuner is a disappointment.It's very good.

3. It doesnt only let you tune in Standard like all the others, it is like an actual tuner that tells you what note you are playing and where you're at on the spectrum.

4. The other tuner apps out there make you pay if you want to tune to any other tuning.

5. You play your guitar notes/strings into your phones mic and this tuner tells you if you are in-tune or not.

6. it works in a pinch but it's far from idealI've downloaded quite a few tuners and this Boss tuner wins.

7. I have litterally tried every other "best tuner app" and they were terrible.

8. I even have an old H.T.C. phone in my case instead of my old tuner.

9. I keep because it is still a very good tuner despite the appearance, which I do my best to ignore.

10. Its chromatic as well meaning you can tune "any note" not just standard tuning! Real nice interface as well.

1. Fix BOSS Tuner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BOSS Tuner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BOSS Tuner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BOSS Tuner" » Open BOSS Tuner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BOSS Tuner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BOSS Tuner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BOSS Tuner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BOSS Tuner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BOSS Tuner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BOSS Tuner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BOSS Tuner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BOSS Tuner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BOSS Tuner not working

2. Fix BOSS Tuner Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BOSS Tuner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BOSS Tuner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BOSS Tuner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
