This is perfect for what I need as a guitarist and have had no technical issues whatsoever.I am sincerely blown away by the fact that the creator of this wonderful tool is providing it ad free and without initial charges! I have used most of the big apps (from tuna to fender) and this app is very easily the most accessible and effective hit the icon and lay the phone on the pedal board tuner I have used, I know it won't be a cup of good coffee but I have to at least toast it with one! Thanks!I personally think this is a very good tuner! The only draw back I would say is that it can only show notes in concert pitch notation which can get a little annoying for instruments in different keys.

2. I cut the bar up and pasted each note 10 times to help the tuner ID the notes but for the first notes 10 identical repetitions the app suggests B1, B1, C3#, C2, C2, A1, C2#, B1, C2 and B1 which narrows it down a bit but it's still quite a range.

3. I'll be tipping the developer, because clearly they understand what is needed, even for NON guitarists (without a Direct Input or pickup!) - beautifully done!!Really great and simple chromatic tuner.

4. For instance, i play a B flat instrument, and if there were an option to notation notes into the key of b flat I would very much appreciate it :).

5. I'm pretty sure that this is a bug and not the app being creepy though, as it has used practically no internet data in the few months I've used it for.Would have been 5 stars, but recently, i've noticed the app loading time's been getting slower and slower.

7. Well designed, no ads, option to tip the developer (I think it's worth it).It works alright but for me there was a glitch: if I ever opened the options menu it would never work again.

8. Now I'm forced to use an inferior app that takes 5 minutes to load.I am a (bass) clarinettist and I have to say I'm impressed that this could pick up the correct pitch without picking up all the overtones as well.

9. I use a firewall to block unneccesary traffic to save battery, and I've realised that this app has been sending traffic to google.

1. Fix Chroma | Chromatic Tuner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chroma | Chromatic Tuner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chroma | Chromatic Tuner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chroma | Chromatic Tuner" » Open Chroma | Chromatic Tuner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chroma | Chromatic Tuner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chroma | Chromatic Tuner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chroma | Chromatic Tuner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chroma | Chromatic Tuner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chroma | Chromatic Tuner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chroma | Chromatic Tuner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Chroma | Chromatic Tuner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chroma | Chromatic Tuner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chroma | Chromatic Tuner not working

2. Fix Chroma | Chromatic Tuner Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chroma | Chromatic Tuner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Chroma | Chromatic Tuner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Chroma | Chromatic Tuner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
