1. Also, you cannot use the rhythm feature for accompaniment unless you are connected via USB, which kind of defeats the benefit of having a piano with Bluetooth.
2. Roland has given us a glimpse of these great things, but then made most of them largely unusable.I can pair my piano FP30(updated latest version) to my Pixel 3 phone but can't pair it via this app.
3. The MIDI data is stored somewhere but access to it is impossible, and completely inaccessible if the piano is not connected.
4. However, I can only listen to my recordings when the app is connected via Bluetooth to the piano.
5. Use usb for additional reliability if you have toUsed to work with my FP-10, suddenly it does not.. Not that it ever worked well in the first place but at least it was something... They make an app to give you features that almost every other keyboard has built in, and then the app doesn't work leaving you with something that is not what you paid for.
6. Roland should let us use the updated app.Recorder always seems to lose my recordings and crash when recording multiple times in a row So many times Ive completely lost valuable recordings because when I press stop, the app stops responding and I have to quit it.
7. The recording interface doesn't have a bulk delete for tracks, so for every halfway decent track you might record, there will be several 7 second long botch-tracks you'll need to delete one by one.
8. Big disapointment. What is the point of the Songs/Digiscore part of this app if it is ONLY for the built in songs? I want to be able to add my own MIDI files to the app then have the digiScore part show the notation.
9. The app only tracks piano use (time played) when connected, but the app very often times out, making the play tracking inaccurate.
10. Plus, there's no way of sharing recordings at all, nor accessing/listening to recordings without being actively connected to the piano.
11. It allowed me to connect to my Roland F-140 digital piano.
