1. Recently when using the app, I will edit images and they will revert back to the normal edit when I press done in editing, also it doesn't save properly sometimes in my pictures with the border round it and it used to do this! Now it's bugging out and won't export straight to Instagram instead! This app needs fixing on Android, it's starting to fall apart and break and it used to be my fav app as well, it's really disappointing.After many failed attempts to find an app for white borders for Instagram format.

A question for the dev, can you add a paid version so we don't have ads?Pretty useless app, terrible UI, this app only crops pics into a square *without letting you choose how it's cropped,* which literally any app that handles photos does while also letting you choose the crop, and then it adds borders, to the square picture.

3. For anyone looking - White Border is a good alternative app.This app is hit or miss, but I'm currently unable to open photos I've cropped in Google Photos.

4. There are few ads to interrupt you and when there are ads they are very short and not those obnoxious playstore ads.I really used to love this app but lately for some reason it has problems with saving my photos to my gallery.

5. It is nothing short of infuriating to put time into cropping art for a fine artist - - only to realize none of it was saved! Has anyone found out if the files are saved in a place I'm not thinking to look for?The app has developed a bug, so it doesn't save edited images.

6. I finally found it! This is the only app that you can put simple white borders on your landscape or portrait photos.

1. Fix Squaready Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Squaready: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Squaready App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Squaready" » Open Squaready » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Squaready » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Squaready app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Squaready servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Squaready" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Squaready app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Squaready might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Squaready. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Squaready then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Squaready not working

2. Fix Squaready Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Squaready be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Squaready not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Squaready may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
