StarrySky Camera Customer Insights

1. Please, explain more clearly how to take a picture...This should be a five star app, But (Some models might not be able to set adequate exposure level) Please provide option in this app to enable camera 2 API, all phones with Android 9 and above have full or partial support for camera 2 Api, now some models come with it already enabled, while some don't, in my case, my phone's doesn't, and needs option in camera apps to enable it, with it enabled my phone can support real shutterspeed of up to 1/2 and manual ISO setting of upto ISO 25600, pls fixVery good concept but needs more work.

2. Not worth downloading this app, its a waste of your time. Please upload a guide to your interface i cannot understand what 1 star 2 star 3 star mean please help Edit: OK thanks but also what Is the meaning of the landscape with stars on the side of 3 star button Edit 2: there are 4 buttons "HDR" ,1 star ,2 star ,3star, a hill picture.

3. More time can allow more light to capture not only faint stars but also milky way.Simple and easy to use but the last setting is reset to default each time after the picture is captured.Good concept, but doesn't quite make it.

4. The shutter speed time needs to increase more to match the camera hardware, it's now only 1/8sec.

5. To tap shutter? To tap once, wait for a minute and to tap second time? I did all of that, but not a single photo was taken.

6. Somehow camera works in burst mode, bu this is too little to make it valuable.

7. Switching to an edit/share screen after taking a shot is useless, and reseta all settings upon return. The app does not work whatsoever.

8. If i try to photo night sky, after pressing the shutter I see message "bulb mode".

9. And what I have to do now to actually take the picture? To press once more and hold it for a minute? Total mess.

10. I am asking about the hill picture.

11. Barely works, only in burst mode.
