1. It use to work perfectly! please fix or I guess it's time to find something else.It is working fine but while opening message app,there is a delay which makes you able to click on any conversation very quickly then Message Locker locks but you may see some of this conversation if you open background apps..so it not 100 % secure.Sometime it works and sometime it does.

2. what good is it If the point of me getting message lock is to hide my messages.

3. like you have to reset everytime after you use it.doesn't lock messages until after I had a chance to read everything and then some.

5. If you are in the lock pin/pattern screen, all you have to do is press and hold the recents button on your phone.

1. Fix Message Locker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Message Locker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Message Locker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Message Locker" » Open Message Locker – Chat lock / AppLock / Lock themes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Message Locker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Message Locker – Chat lock / AppLock / Lock themes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Message Locker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Message Locker – Chat lock / AppLock / Lock themes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Message Locker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Message Locker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Message Locker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Message Locker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Message Locker not working

2. Fix Message Locker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Message Locker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Message Locker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Message Locker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
