About Automatic Call Recorder

1. Ignore contacts – This setting records all calls with people who are not contacts, except for contacts pre-selected to be recorded.

2. Ignore everything – This setting records no calls except for contacts pre-selected to be recorded.

3. Record everything (default) – This setting records all calls except for contacts pre-selected to be ignored.

4. Integration with Google Drive™ and Dropbox allows calls to be saved and synchronized to the cloud as well.

5. Record any phone call you want and choose which calls you want to save.

6. If you decide that a conversation is important, save it and it will be stored in the Saved Calls folder.

7. The number of saved calls is limited only by your device memory.

8. Please note that call recording does not work on certain handsets and can result in inferior quality recordings.

9. Recorded calls are stored in the Inbox.

10. If not, old recordings will automatically be deleted when new calls fill up the inbox.

11. You can set which calls are recorded and which are ignored.

1. I have not had any trouble with the app other than my call recording permission setting in my phone getting turned off but the app is great!! I have referred back to recorded calls many times to double check something I wasn't sure about during my conversations.

2. Once in a while the Automatic Call Recorder does not record the voice of the person on the other end and I can hear only myself on the playback.

1. Fix Automatic Call Recorder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Automatic Call Recorder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Automatic Call Recorder App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Automatic Call Recorder" » Open Automatic Call Recorder » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Automatic Call Recorder » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Automatic Call Recorder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Automatic Call Recorder servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Automatic Call Recorder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Automatic Call Recorder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Automatic Call Recorder might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Automatic Call Recorder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Automatic Call Recorder then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Automatic Call Recorder not working


2. Fix Automatic Call Recorder Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Automatic Call Recorder be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
