The customer support gave me no good solution(alternate bus on the same price), and just left me stranded alone in a state where I didn't even know their language.Made a payment using e-wallet account and while the amount has been deducted from e-wallet account however the app says it was failed payment.
2. Plus the arrival time at destination is not correct! Both ways it reach more that 1 hour later than scheduled! REDBUS... You must have all the stops listed on your site... If it's not a direct trip, don't state it that way!The access to customers service is bad.

4. It's very frustrating and dissapointing to have such a useful app but lack of support and help provided.Can't access the link Nadim! The last trip I took, the bus driver kinda took me on a tour before I reached my destination.
