1. This app, like all other reverse image apps and Google search are evidently stifled by some privacy or copyright law or another...who knows.

2. This app is incredibly useless.It is supposed to be a face recognition app but then it give me things like different hair styles to the person in the picture and when i do get something from google it seems to be in Chinese or Japanese.

1. Restart Photo Sherlock Search: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photo Sherlock Search App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photo Sherlock Search" » Open Photo Sherlock Search by photo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photo Sherlock Search » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photo Sherlock Search by photo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photo Sherlock Search servers.
