1. Good luck!I want to learn more about Amazon Flex but after 5 ! Yes 5 ! Stupid videos you are REQUIRED to watch about WHATSAPP I'm done! If you want to advertise for WhatsApp then do it somewhere other than an App that people are actually interested in..... Absolutely ridiculous! I will not even attempt to to use the Amazon Flex app at all !Downloaded it to leave truth review.

2. In exchange it provides only small pieces of information to keep you constantly bombarded with adverts to make the app creator money and waste the users time.

3. NOT PART OF AMAZON FLEX HIRING PROCESS OR OFFICIAL APP FOR FLEX DRIVERS.

4. It is startling that Amazon allows this app to continue with its branding.I drive for flex and this app isn't used by them AT ALL!!! I don't think it's really even afillated with Amazon Flex.

5. Amazon's official Flex app IS a third party app, but not this one.

6. Also don't cancel your shift too many times which will also lead to account deactivation, I know because I cancelled my shift too many times (draining full time job).

7. One advert or two would be reasonable but its just endless.This is not the app you need to drive with Amazon.

8. Total waste of time!It's hard to actually get approved to make deliveries but once you're approved it's smooth sailing.

9. In-between each ad is a tiny morsel of information as to what can be learned in the app if one keeps scrolling through the advertisements.

10. You need to read in one sitting to avoid having to start over (as other reviewers have commented).

11. Its a constant non stop chain of adverts wasting time.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Deliver Issues

1. Fix Deliver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Deliver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Deliver App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Deliver" » Open Deliver for Amazon Flex - Guid » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Deliver » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Deliver for Amazon Flex - Guid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Deliver servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Deliver for Amazon Flex - Guid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Deliver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Deliver might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Deliver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Deliver then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Deliver not working


2. Fix Deliver Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Deliver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Deliver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Deliver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
