This is very important, especially since there were lots of spammers / phishing.Straight forward and easy to use!options are inaccurate and incomplete, camera functionality is the absolute worst, and there are no prompts telling you what documents are needed even worse, there's no way to contact anyone for assistanceInstalled this app as recommended by Access HRA helpdesk bc I couldn't upload PDF docs.

2. P.S. why can't you make it possible to upload documents from one's computer right after the application is completed?The application is very convenient when you're unable to go bring documents to the HRA office.

3. Why? Why can't it be sent to my email so that I know right away that my documents were received and are to my electronic application? When I checked the app the following day - none of the uploaded documents were there.

4. Documents I uploaded before were not on my case now so it seems I am starting all over again with adding an individual when I done it that same week I received their documentation.
