1. The Documents section of the app lets you view a list of documents the Agency received from you about your case.
2. The Required Documents section will show you a list of the documents that you need to return to the agency to support an application, recertification, periodic report or special grant request.
3. The Cases section of the app lets you view the current status of your SNAP or Cash Assistance case, the EBT balance for each of your benefits, and any upcoming Recertification dates.
4. The Payments section of the app lets you view upcoming and past payments for your case, such as payments made to your landlord, utility company, or to your EBT card.
5. Please visit the My Documents section to check if the Agency accepted the documents you submitted.
6. Only documents that are listed in the My Documents section were accepted by the Agency.
7. The Appointment section of the app lets you view appointments that are upcoming, missed, or completed.
8. Note: Uploaded documents must be of good quality for the Agency to review.
9. You can also get real-time notifications on your smartphone about your case, such as when your case ‘Recertification’ is due, confirmation of an online application submission, upcoming appointments, required documentation and E-notices.
10. Each document that you submit and is accepted by the Agency stays on the list for 60 days from the date it was accepted.
11. The Profile section of the app provides you with the contact information and notification preferences you have previously provided to the agency.
1. I haven't qualified yet so I can't review anything except log in and document upload, but those are sub-par.Being unable to upload PDF files makes it more difficult to submit documents you can not printout.
2. I had to troubleshoot using REDDITDoes not work, I can't upload my documents because it won't connect to the case I opened.

4. Had to reduce my rating to a two though, as every time I upload documents, the app freezes, and I have to force stop it.
5. no one picks up the phone or calls back when leaving a message.Edit: new error Recently there has been a need to Uninstall and reinstall the app: if you are having an issue where the screen only loads up to "we're almost ready...etc" you may need to reinstall to fix.
6. I have a hard time with the system of nyc's social benefit structure in general, calls can be over an hour, and the app can cut out having to WAIT to talk to someone, but I feel weird cutting out that middle person with an app without any genuine FAQ support.
7. I have 9 people on my case so a person who only has themselves probably wouldn't mind.filling out forms is easy, but uploading important documents is a hassle.
8. It is unfair to those who are trying to meet the ridiculous deadline to submit required documents, who are forced to use this poor excuse of an app instead of submitting docs on a computer via file attachment.
9. Even after I recertification for my SNAP, it keeps asking me to upload documents that were already uploaded.
10. Inconvenient.it's great to have the option to upload documents.
11. Don't even bother wasting your time taking photos of your documents with your phone camera.
