1. Montana, Minnesota and South Dakota's apps are way betterI like the app and depend on it for road information however It keeps switching from being able to see the actual roads to a shaded format where I can't see the roads but only the areas and I cannot figure out how to switch it back.

2. The highway photos are a great feature where you can check the surface of the roads before you leave.Since the last update on the 13 it constantly crashes.

3. I see someone else has written a similar thing.It's a great app to find out the road conditions but I wish they can update it faster.

4. If I go back into the app within a few hours of the last visit, the map is either gray or has the general zones, but the roads aren't on there, and it's unresponsive.

5. If I uninstall and reinstall I get the roads but then again only until I open the app again and it turns back into the shaded areas.

6. I got caught on the road while a no travel advise was up but I checked the app way before leaving my apartment( 4am) and it said it was just drifts, and my daily drive to work is about an hour and a half going.

7. App is ok, but once you look at the roads, you have to Uninstall and reinstall to get updated conditions.

8. But other than that it's a great app just needs faster updatesThe last update made the app really hard to us.

9. I drive truck in ND and like to know how the roads are but if you open this app too many times it stops loading.

10. It appears one has to sift thru all the restrictions to find those that effect the desired route.

1. Restart ND Roads (North Dakota Travel): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ND Roads (North Dakota Travel) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ND Roads (North Dakota Travel)" » Open ND Roads (North Dakota Travel) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ND Roads (North Dakota Travel) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ND Roads (North Dakota Travel) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ND Roads (North Dakota Travel) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ND Roads (North Dakota Travel)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ND Roads (North Dakota Travel) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ND Roads (North Dakota Travel) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ND Roads (North Dakota Travel). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ND Roads (North Dakota Travel) then reinstall.
