1. Good idea, but far from a finished product.I needed a jump and the dispatched guy came on time which was great, but had a jump box.He tried jumping it, but it didn't work.

2. Spends a crazy amount of time finding a provider, and by the time you call your own service provider they charge you $30-40 for cancelling after 5 minutes of searching.

3. Will use again.My helper arrived in less than 15 minutes, changed my tire in less than 5 minutes, and the service was MUCH cheaper than other roadside assistance providers that I contacted.

1. Fix HONK Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HONK: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HONK App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HONK" » Open HONK - Towing & Roadside Assis » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HONK » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HONK - Towing & Roadside Assis app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HONK servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HONK - Towing & Roadside Assis" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HONK app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HONK might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HONK. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HONK then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HONK not working

2. Fix HONK Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HONK be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HONK not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HONK may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
